Satisfaction Guarantee Details
Our 100% satisfaction guarantee covers aspects under our direct control and does not extend to third-party actions. Next day delivery is not guaranteed as it is fulfilled by a courier.
Exceptions to Guarantee
Please be aware of the following exceptions not covered by our guarantee:
- Incomplete or incorrect delivery address
- Delivery refusal by recipient, business, or hospital
- Unsuccessful multiple delivery attempts
Once flowers are dispatched, address changes are not possible.
Refunds and Resends
Refunds and resends are at our discretion, requiring investigation with our courier, which may take up to 3 working days.
In the unfortunate event of a non-delivery on your selected date, we will either provide a full refund or redeliver your order promptly.
If your bouquet arrives in poor condition, we will promptly send a replacement. For increased flower longevity, follow proper care guidelines. Please share a photo of the damaged flowers within 3 days for resolution.
